houses are 54’x500’ and built around 2008. The farm has historically grossed between
$185,000-$220,000.00. Morrow Farm grows a 4.5lb target bird for Mar-Jac Poultry out of
Haleyville, AL. The farm comes with 40+/- acres with a home site for a stick built or mobile
home. There is both well water (with 7,000 gallons of storage) and county water connected to
the houses.
