Knerr Broiler Farm is a two house farm located in Jackson County, AL near the town of Section. This farm has two 40×500 houses that were built in 2001. The currently grows for Tyson Foods raising a 7lb bird on a 49-52 day grow out. The farm grossed around $109,000 in 2020. Recent updates have been done to the farm.

All visitors to the farm will have to prove a down payment amount of at least $60,000 in cash or equity. A PoultrySouth Team Member can provide you a “PreQualify for a Poultry Farm” before you visit the farm.
