The Talladega Broiler Farm is a 16 house farm located in Talladega, Alabama. The farm has 12 40x500 houses built in 2004 and 4 43x510 built in 2012. The farm grows for Koch Foods Ashland Complex raising a 6lb bird. This farm is so close to the feed mill you can see the mill from the farm. The farm has 70+/- acres, a brick dwelling, a doublewide mobile home, and a singlewide mobile home. Base pay from the Koch Projected Income will be a little over $800,000 (5.3 flocks, 6lb bird, base pay $.0675 per lb, 96% livability, 404,800 bird placement), additional pay would be a gas bonus and litter amendments.
