The farm currently grows a small bird for Koch Foods Collinsville Complex. This complex grows a 3.7 lb bird and projects 6.76 flocks per year with a projected gross income of $475,000 annually. This does not include the new housing incenting which is presumed to transfer to the new owner, with around 4 years remaining.

Black Oak MEGA Broiler Farm has 31+/- Acres which is open pasture with a small pond. Located just a few minutes from the town of Fyffe, Rainsville, and Fort Payne, AL.
