We just loved him (Robert King). Very thorough. You can tell when he said he has been doing this a long time it shows. We were able to just trust him. Even if you do some checking on some figures or farms that are for sale, everything he said was the truth. We didn’t have to worry about one thing. He was able to find the right buyers. He listened to what we said and what we had been praying for and we felt like he understood that. We felt like he was a Christian person and that he did truly have our best interest at heart. That we were not just another paycheck for him. For us, that mattered. Always professional. And he was good at communicating not just with us but also with the other real estate agent and the lender as we had to quickly move forward with trying to find a home and sell a farm at the same time. He just made it seamless.
