Spring Cliff Broiler Farm is a four house broiler poultry farm located near Russellville in Franklin County, Alabama. The farm sits on 15+/- acres and grows a 4 lb bird on a 35-day grow out for MarJac Poultry. The houses are 40x500 and were built in 2001. Historical gross annual income has ranged between $240,000 and $260,000.

The farm has undergone numerous updates in 2025 including:

The farm operates on natural gas and city water, and it includes a mobile home site already established on the property. This is a well-maintained operation in a desirable location just minutes from Russellville and a short drive to Florence and the Shoals area. This farm is a biosecure area. No visitors are allowed on the farm unless a PoultrySouth team member is present. All potential purchasers must be prequalified prior to a farm visit.
