PoultrySouth helps the Integrator

The PoultrySouth Team strives to make each poultry farm transaction smooth for everyone, including the integrator and integrators employees.  We are here to help take some of the workload off of the integrator and our team will do the work to help keep everyone up-to-date on information and coordination.   We invite you to call us first when there is a need to communicate about a transaction.  We will do the heavy lifting of communicating to all the other parties.   

Here are a few things that PoultrySouth will help integrators with:

  • Screen out the tire-kickers before you have to spend your time with them
  • Gather information and quotes for updates and repairs
  • Set up letter of intent meetings on a schedule that works for you
  • Monitor for bio-security and other risks on farm visits
  • Communicate to buyer, seller, lender, insurer, FSA, NRCS..etc. 
  • Transition the farm from seller to buyer with minimum disruption to production
  • Help buyer and seller understand the integrators concerns during a transaction

The PoultrySouth Team has years of experience in helping make poultry farm transactions go smoothly for everyone involved.   We understand that disruptions to production schedules affect many other aspects of the poultry business.  Our team members have worked with most integrators and complexes in the Southeast.  When we sell a farm, we want you to gain a good grower that will be successful poultry farmers.  The decision to sell is likely one of the biggest decisions a seller ever makes.  Once that decision is made, it helps everyone for that transition to be as smooth as possible.  We know where the bumps in the road are, and work every day to make those better for everyone.  Cooperation with the integrator is key for the PoultrySouth team.

The PoultrySouth Team, though our affiliation with Southeastern Land Group, has agents throughout the Southeast that are there to help you and help facilitate bringing pre-screened and verified buyers to your farm.  No other company specializing in Poultry Farm sales has the local team or the reach that the PoultrySouth team does.  

 

The PoultrySouth Team is comprised of 22 agents throughout the Southeast that all have experience in selling farms and poultry farms. PoultrySouth has a combined 60+ years of experience of poultry farm ownership on the team with several members have owned or currently own a poultry farm. We understand the needs of those who are looking to sell poultry farms. 

Bio-Security is our top priority!

We get it.  There is alot on the line… like millions of dollars of production on every farm.  What happens on one farm can affect other farms around it and everyone involved from the farmer to the consumer.  Proper bio-security procedures help mitigate those risks.  The PoultrySouth Team’s goal for biosecurity is to operate at a higher and stricter standard than the integrator’s requirements.  To accomplish this, any farm visitor that The PoultrySouth Team brings to a farm must agree to the PoultrySouth Standard Operating Procedures that detail what measures must be taken.  We are happy to discuss your protocol at any time.

Integrator Employees contact information is highly protected by The PoultrySouth Team. We will not give out any Integrator Employees phone number to anyone without obtaining permission first. 

Letter of Intent Interviews – Saving Time for You

The PoultrySouth Team handles the buyers until we get an initial green light on financing from the lender.   This is a primary way we help you not have to deal with every person that thinks they might want to be a poultry farmer.   Once we have that green light from the lender, someone from our team will reach out to you to initiate setting up a letter of intent interview.  We are glad to coordinate the scheduling of the interview, or pass the information on to you for you to schedule.  Our standard is to put in the work and not waste your time until we know we have an able buyer.
