PoultrySouth LLC (“PoultrySouth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at PoultrySouth.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Real estate brokerage services referenced on this Site are provided through Southeastern Land Group (“SELG”), a licensed real estate brokerage. Information you submit through the Site may be shared with SELG and its licensed agents so they can respond to you.

By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you complete a contact or property inquiry form, request information about a listing, or sign up for our email list, we may collect:

Your name
Email address
Telephone or mobile number
Mailing address or general location
Information about the property or farm you are buying or selling
Any other information you choose to include in your message

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

IP address and approximate location derived from it

3. Calls and Text Messages

If you provide a telephone or mobile number, you agree that PoultrySouth, SELG, and their agents may contact you at that number by telephone call or text message regarding your inquiry, listings, and related real estate services, including through automated means.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving real estate services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the information in Section 11.

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, and are excluded from every category of information sharing described in Section 4.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information as follows:

Southeastern Land Group and its agents. So a licensed agent can respond to your inquiry and provide services you requested.
Service providers. Companies that perform services on our behalf, including website hosting, customer relationship management, email delivery, analytics, and advertising. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
Advertising and analytics partners. As described in Section 5.
Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or court order, or is necessary to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
