Broken Arrow Broiler Farm is a six (6) house broiler farm located in Chesterfield
County, South Carolina, just north of the town of Hartsville. The farm includes 35+/-
acres of land as well as a single-wide mobile home and several improvements across
the farm. The poultry houses are 40x500’ built in 1996 (4) and 1998 (2) and are currently growing
Perdue. Gross income was just over $270,000 in 2025. Target weight is 4.25 lbs on a 35
day grow out, growing 6-7 flocks per year. Historical poultry litter income has averaged
an additional $8,000 annually. The farm will require some updates. The buyer will be
responsible for these updates and the integrator has agreed to provide financial
incentives toward these required upgrades. A quote for the updates will be available.
