Bryant Breeder Farm is two mega house Breeder Hen Farm located in Cullman County, Alabama in the Jones Chapel Community. This farm has two 40×600 breeder hen houses that were put into production in 2020. The farm currently grows for Ingram Farms. There are several other integrators in the area that are interested in placing birds on this farm, some may be willing to pay some incentive on the farm due to the age and the way they are equipped. The farm grossed $220,000 in 2024.
The integrator has recently given a raise to $.66 per dozen eggs and adjusted the bonuses and pullet pay, the increase in egg pay should add around $7,000 per year on average to the gross income.This farm is equipped with the following:

The farm is located in a great place for bio security sitting at the dead end of a paved county road. The farm has a septic tank installed near the egg room. There are home sites on the farm. This farm is located just a few minutes from US Hwy 278, around 15 minutes to Interstate 65 and the city of Cullman.
