The farm grows for Tyson Foods on a 6.1 lb bird with a 42-47 day grow out time. The farm has historical gross annual incomes of $355,000 to $365,000.

The farm has a site built brick home that is a five bedroom, three bathroom, two car garage, storm shelter, and a basement. The basement is set up as an in law suite with two of the bedrooms mentioned. The home was built in 1999 with around 3,600 square feet.
