This farm has four 42X500 houses built in 2005 and currently grows for Perdue-Candor complex growing a 9.5lb bird. This farm has a projected gross annual income of $200,000.

The farm has 16+/- acres of mostly open land. There is no current dwelling on the property but there is a site where there was a dwelling in the past.
