Williams Breeder Farm is a 2 house grandparent farm contracted with Aviagen. It is located just outside Lawrenceburg, TN in Lawrence county. The 2 houses are 40 x 450 and were built in 2018 to a much higher standard than most breeder farms to last for years to come. It sits on 15 +/- acres on a dead end road. Historically this farm has produced around $220,000 gross income per year along with integrator paying for shavings and helping with gas. Barn Talk and plastic slats have recently been installed. Newly installed 360 Big Dutchmen feeders in houses.  The farm is paid per square foot with the opportunity for bonuses on each flock.
