The farm grows for Koch Foods Gadsden on a 4lb bird. The farm has a ranch style home that is nestled below large oak trees overlooking pasture and a pond. The home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional one bedroom and one bath in law suite. The home has a large front porch as well as a large back porch.

The 2023 gross annual income was $220,000 on six flocks.
