Della Breeder Farm is a two house breeder hen farm located near the town of Cleveland in
White County, Georgia. The poultry houses are 40×500 in the production area. Both houses
were built in 2001 and currently grow for MarJac Poultry in Gainesville Georgia. Historical gross
income in 2023 was $250,000! This farm was “Grower of the Year” in 2022 and 2023!

for the livestock of your choice. It includes a one-acre pond, perfect for fishing and other
recreational activities, stocked with catfish, bass, and bream. The farm features a large barn
near the poultry houses, providing excellent storage space for equipment and other farm-related
items.
The Dwelling:
The main residence is a recently renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom mobile home,
featuring new cabinets. Additionally, there's a four-bedroom, two-bathroom farmhouse that
