Grier Breeder Farm

Grier Breeder Farm is a two house breeder farm located in Hall County, Georgia near the town of Clermont. The farm is currently not in production but there are multiple breeder integrators in the area. The farm has 5+/- acres included. This farm was operating for International Poultry Breeders (IPB) recently. Both houses are 40×320 and were built in 1997. There is a small building at the entrance to the farm that could be used as a farm office or storage.

This farm is located just minutes from Gainesville, Georgia and approximately one hour north of Atlanta. No visitors are allowed on the farm without a PoultrySouth Team Member present.
