The Langham Farm Road is a two house Breeder Hen Farm that construction was started on in 2017 but not completed. The houses are 42×500 bird area with connected egg gathering areas and a central egg room. The farm has plastic slats, ChoreTime Nests, Curtains, cabling and drops for feeders and drinkers, wiring for lights, and the construction is complete. There is a deep well in place along with a building for a mortality freezer. We are awaiting updated quotes for the items needed to complete the farm. This farm was constructed for Koch Foods in Montgomery, AL.

This farm has 89+/- acres. There is room for more poultry houses in the future. The land is mostly Pine Timber and cutover land. The property would convert nicely to pasture.
