The Owens Farm is a 7 House Broiler Farm located in Dekalb County, Alabama near the town of Henagar. This farm has 7 43x510 houses that were built in 2007. The farm currently grows for Koch Foods Dalton Complex on a 35 day bird. The farm has a potential to gross $325,000 annually. The farm has 28+/- acres that includes a pond. There is a dwelling on the farm that can be fixed up as a main dwelling. There are other home sites on the farm as well.
