Pastureview Farm – Mega Broiler and Cattle Farm

Pastureview Farm is a two MEGA House Broiler Farm located in Butler County, AL near the town of McKenzie. The farm has 115+/- acres with a nice lake. The farm also has fenced pasture.

The farm formerly grew for Koch Foods’ Montgomery complex. Koch Foods will entertain placing birds on the farm in the two 66×600 houses. There are 8 40×500 houses that can be sold for salvage or used for storage. These houses have many parts and components that can be sold and reused in another capacity.

The two MEGA Houses have the following equipment:

• Diesel Generator
• Two Litter sheds
