R&B Farm

R&B Farm is a 2 house breeder hen layer poultry farm for sale between Haleyville, Alabama and Natural Bridge, Alabama. R&B is contracted with MarJac in Spruce Pine. The farm is located on 29+/- acres with a 3-4 bedroom rock-sided home with shade trees around it, several barns, a compost shed, and a stackhouse. The two 40×500 poultry houses were built in 2006. The houses are equipped with:

*Hired Hand Controllers and Alarm

*Lubing drinkers

*Shenandoah double belt nests

*Big Dutchman chain hen feeders

*Well and city water.

*Newer mortality freezer for disposal.

This is an operating farm, and bio-secure area. No entry without an appointment.

This farm is a bio secure area. No visitors are allowed on the farm without a PoultrySouth Team Member present. All visitors will have to prove a down payment capability of $150,000 before any farm visit can take place. Please discuss the Pre-Qualify to Visit a Farm document with your PoultrySouth Team Member contact. No one is allowed to enter the bird area of a breeder hen farm on a farm visit.
