The houses were built in 2005 and are 50x500. The farm had Energy Audit updates completed in 2018 excluding exterior walls on one house. The farm has 11+/- acres with a nice home site on the farm. The farm has a historical gross annual income of $180,000.

The farm is equipped with ChoreTronics Controllers, ChoreTime Feeders, ChoreTime drinkers, Tube Heat, front house brood, solid interior walls, and composter for dead birds.
