Scott Farm is a five house broiler farm located in Franklin County, Alabama near the town of Spruce Pine. This farm has five 40x500 houses that were built in 1998 but have been updated. This farm currently grows a 4.5 lb bird from MarJac's Spruce Pine complex. This farm has 47+/- acres that includes a three bedroom and two bathroom brick home. The farm also has open pasture and a small pond. There is a 6th pad where a house could be added.

• Lubing Water Lines
• Rotem Controllers
• Spray Foamed sidewalls with a knee board
• Recently replaced cool cell pads
• Mortality Freezers
• LP Gas
• City Water

The farm has a litter stack shed for litter and equipment storage. All farm equipment can be purchased separately but is not included in the sale of this farm.

Scott Farm is a bio-secure area. All farm visitors must abide by MarJac's and PoultrySouth’s bio-security procedures. All potential purchasers must be prequalified prior to making a farm visit.
