Sibcy Farm is a two house breeder hen farm located near the town of Maysville in Banks County, Georgia. The poultry houses are 40x500 in the production area. Both houses were built in 2003-2004 and currently grows for MarJac Poultry in Gainesville Georgia. Historical Gross income in 2022 was over $190,000!

The Farm:
The farm has 36+/- acres that has open areas fenced and crossed fenced perfect for the livestock of your choice. Farm has over 1000 feet of frontage on a 60 acre watershed lake giving you direct access to fishing and other recreation. Fish species include catfish, bass, and crappie. The farm also features a large 40x40 shop that is fully enclosed near the poultry houses ideal for storing equipment and other farm related items.
The Dwelling:
The dwelling was built in 2019 and is a three bedroom and two bath home. The home has a large open living area, back deck, and a large rocking chair front porch. The farm is close to schools in Commerce and Homer. There are public and private school options in both areas. There are also many opportunities for off the farm income in this area.
