There are 4 42x500 houses built in 2012 with Big Dutchman feeders, Shenandoah nests, Rotem Contollers, and Lubing drinkers.

There are 4 40x300 houses built 2 end to end with a gathering room in between upgraded in 2018 and built in 1996. Upgrades in 2018 include new Choretime nests, Rotem Controllers, curtains, and end doors. The houses are equipped with Choretime feeders and Lubing drinkers. These houses are on premium pay with bonus for nest closures. Houses are in good condition.
