There are five 40×500 houses built in 2006 and four 40×500 houses built in 2005. 2 generators, Choretronics 2 controllers, 2 stack sheds, an older single-wide mobile home, a small apartment built in between the poultry houses, well and city water, and propane gas. 7 houses have C2 feeders and 2 houses have Cumberland feeders. There’s a pond, some open land, and potential home building sites as well. Triple H Poultry is capable of producing $450,000-$475,000 in gross income annually.
