Tornado Ridge Broiler Farm is a 2 house broiler farm located in Dawson
County, Georgia near the town of Dawsonville. The farm consists of two
42x600 houses built in 2013 and currently grows for Fieldale Farms in
Baldwin, Georgia raising a 6.75lb bird. Farm is close proximity to great
school systems in Dawson County. A 20 minute drive puts you in
Dawsonville for shopping, dining or 35 minutes to downtown
Ellijay,Georgia.
The poultry houses are equipped with the following:

-60 kw generator

-LED lighting
-1,000 gallon propane tanks
The gross annual income on the farm has been around $160,000 on
4-5 flocks per year. The poultry houses sit on 17+/- acres. Most of the
acreage is open pasture that is fenced and crossed fenced for cattle
