What did the PoultrySouth Team do that you did not expect? I’ve seen these other agents that will roll up and they don’t know anything about these buyers. I had full confidence that when either Robert or Randall came with a buyer that they were qualified to make it happen.
Given the complexity of your farm sale, do you think you would have put as many dollars in your pocket if you had sold it yourself or with another agent? I don’t think so. With everything we had going on running the farm we stayed so busy. There was just zero time to spend going down rabbit holes with buyers. A lot of times you will see these other agents, its nothing for them to get in a car and drive wherever to show somebody a farm and not know any of their background and they might not be qualified to buy a doghouse much less a 16 house poultry farm.

What did you like most about how the PoultrySouth Team handled the sale of your farm? Just down to earth people that could talk the language that you could understand. If I didn’t understand something they would explain it. Felt very comfortable talking to them.
Did they help with the nervousness that comes with selling a farm? Yes, they take a lot off of you. We didn’t have to deal with anyone except them and that was a big plus.
