Raised in Dadeville, Alabama, Chip developed a love for agriculture while spending countless hours working, hunting, and fishing on his grandparents' farm. Those early experiences laid the foundation for his passion for serving farm families and rural landowners.

Chip earned a degree in Horticulture and went on to serve as a Station Manager for Bonnie Plants, where he managed greenhouse production and online plant sales. His experience in agricultural operations, business management, and marketing gives him valuable insight into the factors that contribute to the success and value of agricultural properties.
