Hyline Broiler Farm is a four house broiler farm located in Holly Pond, Alabama on the east side of Cullman County. The farm is situated on 24+/- acres with a pond and room for a home site. The farm consists of two 40x350 houses built in 1994 and two 43x510 houses built in 2007. The ceilings and center house curtains are well maintained, and the farm has large control rooms. This is a great opportunity for someone trying to start their own poultry business or add additional square footage to their existing business.
Hyline is currently on contract with the Tyson Snead complex. Historic income has ranged between $190,000 to $230,000 over the past three years. This complex grows a 6.25 lb bird.
